Our 11-Step Process
Step 1 | Enquiry
Submit your enquiry via our Fast Quote Form or email us your architectural plans. Our team will work with you to gather the key information needed to quote accurately. If you have an idea of dimensions please send this also.
Step 2 | Formal Estimate
We’ll provide a formal estimate once all project details are confirmed. Your estimate will be emailed and texted to the contact provided and is valid for 14 days.
Step 3 | Order Confirmation
To move forward, a 70% deposit is required. This enables us to begin the CAD shop drawing and production preparation process.
Step 4 | Design Review
After your deposit is received, our team will confirm your selected designs, specifications, and hardware preferences for each item in your order.
Step 5 | Draft CAD Shop Drawing
We’ll issue your Draft CAD Shop Drawing(s) for review. At this stage, you can request changes and conduct site checks. We recommend using a qualified installer to verify all measurements.
Step 6 | Final CAD Drawing
Once amendments are finalised, you’ll receive your Final CAD Shop Drawing(s) for final approval.
Step 7 | Sign-Off via digital document
When your installer or builder confirms the drawings are correct, we’ll send a document form for digital sign-off. Only signed drawings will proceed to production.
Step 8 | Production
After receiving your signed approval, your order enters production. The official lead time begins from this date, and we’ll confirm via email.
Step 9 | Completion & Final Payment
When your custom doors or windows are complete, we’ll send completion images. The remaining balance is due at this point, prior to shipping from our overseas facility.
Step 10 | Shipping Coordination
Once payment is received, your order will be scheduled for the next available shipment. Our logistics team will confirm your delivery details and estimated arrival.
Step 11 | Delivery to Site
Once your shipment clears customs and arrives in New Zealand, our third-party freight carrier will contact you to coordinate safe delivery to the front of your site.
